When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage information (features used, interactions, crash logs, diagnostics)

  • Log information (IP address, access times, app activity)

  • Location information (approximate or precise), only with your permission, to display nearby deals

1.3 Third-Party Authentication

If you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive limited account information (such as your name and email address). We do not receive or store your passwords.

2. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Dealie uses automated technologies, including artificial intelligence tools provided by third parties such as Google Gemini, to assist with processing user-submitted content.

These tools may be used to:

  • Improve clarity, formatting, or consistency of deal submissions

  • Detect spam, abuse, or prohibited content

  • Classify or organize deal listings

AI processing may involve transmitting limited content data to third-party providers. AI-assisted content is provided “as is” and may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-processed content.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the App

  • Display deals based on user location

  • Enable account functionality and deal submissions

  • Communicate with users regarding updates, security, or support

  • Monitor performance and usage trends

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues

  • Display advertisements and measure ad performance

4. ADVERTISING

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use information in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. You may control ad personalization through your device settings.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party services including:

  • Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, database)

  • Google Maps and Places APIs

  • Google AdMob

  • Google Gemini (AI processing)

These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

6. BUSINESS INFORMATION & IMAGES

The App may display business names, addresses, and images obtained from publicly available third-party sources, including Google Business Profiles. We do not own or control this content and do not guarantee its accuracy or availability. All trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners.

7. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, subject to legal requirements. You may delete your account through the App.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dealie mobile application and related services operated by Evolve Tech Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Impersonate any person or business

  • Interfere with App functionality or security

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Upload malware, spam, or harmful code

2. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may submit deal information or other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you:

  • Grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the App

  • Represent that you have the right to submit the content

  • Acknowledge sole responsibility for your submissions

We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content at any time.

4. DEAL INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

Dealie does not verify deal accuracy.

Deals may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unavailable. Prices, discounts, and terms may differ from what is displayed. You must verify all deal details directly with the business.

We are not responsible for losses, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from reliance on deal information.

5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMER

The App may use artificial intelligence technologies, including Google Gemini, to assist with content processing and moderation.

AI-assisted content may be inaccurate or incomplete and does not constitute advice, recommendations, or guarantees. Use of AI-assisted content is at your own risk.

6. NO ENDORSEMENT OR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP

Dealie is a neutral platform. We do not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee any business or deal, and we are not a party to transactions between users and businesses.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All App content and branding (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of the Company. Third-party trademarks and images belong to their respective owners.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. FUTURE FEATURES

We may introduce new features, including comments, paid services, or subscriptions. Such features may be subject to additional terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
